MAKE A RESERVATION:

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS:
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost, paid to Paris Flats Pty Ltd. This deposit is fully refundable three months before the date of your booking, and half is refundable up to one month before. If you cancel less than a month before your arrival date, no refund is made. The balance is due in full, six weeks before your departure overseas so we can send you your keys and instructions, including building security codes and directions for getting from the airport to your apartment. Many of our guests take out travel insurance to cover themselves in the event of loss of deposit and flight bookings.
