BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS:
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost to Paris Flats Pty Ltd.
The balance is due in full, six weeks before your departure overseas so we can send you your keys and instructions, including building security codes and directions for getting from the airport to your apartment. Many of our guests take out travel insurance to cover themselves in the event of loss of deposit and flight bookings.
Your deposit is fully refundable if you notify us of your cancellation three months before the date of your booking. Between six and twelve weeks before your arrival date, your deposit is not refundable unless the apartment is re-let. If you cancel within six weeks of your arival date, no refunds are possible except where we are able to re-let the accommodation, in which case we will keep half the deposit to cover our costs.
The use of the accommodation is entirely at the user's risk. The owners and their representatives accept no responsibility for injury to persons or for loss or damage to property including property of the leasor.
