To get from Charles de Gaulle airport to Paris we usually take the AirFrance bus. The tickets are about E11 each and you will need cash to buy them. At the airport go out door 36 and cross the road. There are three bus stops with their destinations painted on the road. Go to the "Etoile" stop and take the bus marked "Etoile". At the bus set down point (arc de triomphe) there is a cab rank on the other side of the road. Take a cab to your apartment it is not expensive. At the other terminals the AirFrance bus stop is outside the terminal.
From Roissy airport it is best to simply take a cab directly to your apartment.
